We would like to remind you that the insolvency process administrator of AS Latvijas Krājbanka in liquidation, KPMG Baltics SIA, while performing its duties defined in the law has sold a part of the loan portfolio of AS Latvijas Krājbanka to SIA B2Kapital, a Latvian subsidiary of a Norwegian company AS B2Holding. The disposed loan portfolio consists of the majority of the consumer loan, credit card and overdraft balances of AS Latvijas Krājbanka in liquidation. The transaction has been approved by the Financial and Capital Market Commission.

As a result of the aforementioned transaction, the outstanding consumer loan, credit card and overdraft balances liabilities with AS Latvijas Krājbanka were transferred to SIA B2Kapital, which replaced AS Latvijas Krājbanka as the creditor. Information with new payment details has been sent to all clients of AS Latvijas Krājbanka, whose liabilities have been transferred to SIA B2Kapital.

Please take in to account that the transfer of loan portfolio to SIA B2Kapital has not affected the terms of contract with AS Latvijas Krājbanka, neither has it created a necessity to sign a new contract with SIA B2Kapital.

As of 16 September 2013, Online bank of Latvijas Krājbanka will not be accessible for those clients, whose liabilities have been transferred to SIA B2Kapital.
